Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Explained

Whenever a company talks about the “Satisfaction Guarantee”, it’s important to take a look at the fine print. So, here’s our fine print. 🙂

About HeadShot Inc’s Guarantee

Our guarantee is strait-forward:

If for any reason at all, you don’t like your photo, you’re welcome to a free re-shoot at our studio within 60 days of your original session. To book your re-shoot, all you need to do is email smile@headshots-inc.com.

Here are the major points:

  • The guarantee covers any reason at all – even if it’s your fault.
  • The re-shoot has to be at our studio. Or, if you originally scheduled an outdoor session, you can also “piggy back” on another client’s outdoor session. (ie We can schedule you right after someone else.)
  • The request must be made within 30 days of your original session.

With that said, the biggest question you might have is…

Why Don’t You Offer a 100% “Money-Back” Guarantee?

Unfortunately, there are many people who abuse money-back guarantees.  There are also clients who accidentally sabotage their shoot by committing a common mistake when attending their session.

We once had a client who literally attended a session no more than two hours after an eye surgeryobviously, that makes it tough to get a great headshot. 🙂

You can read more about the guarantee in our Terms of Service.

What Percentage of Clients Request a Re-Shoot?

Less than 1%. To be more precise, about one out of every 120 sessions. For a service that involves taking high-resolution close up photos of people’s face – that’s very good.

What Can I Do To Make Sure I Get A Headshot I Love?

For a full list of things you can do to get an awesome headshot, please see How To Prepare for Business Headshots.

Our Promise to You

To be clear, we will do anything reasonably possible to make you happy with your final photo. But, we need our clients to do their part.

We all understand that life happens, and sometimes, you’ve made a mistake in good faith. That’s OK, and why we offer you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for a free re-shoot at our studio. So, if you brought the wrong shirt, or didn’t like your makeup artist’s work, or anything else – you get a second chance.

If you have any questions at all about the re-shoot policy, or about what you can do to get the most out of your HeadShots session, please feel free to email us at smile@headshots-inc.com. We’re always here to help.
